1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bidora ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Bidora is a SaaS discovery and promotional launch marketplace. Founders can list software products for free and participate in transparent promotional bidding to rank on the live leaderboard.

3. Listing Policies

You may submit your software product for listing on Bidora subject to the following:

  • Products must be real, functional software available at the submitted URL
  • Listings must accurately represent the product
  • No spam, malware, phishing, or deceptive products
  • No prohibited content (adult content, illegal services, hate speech)
  • You must own or have rights to submit or claim the product
  • Duplicate submissions of the same product are not permitted

4. Promotional Bidding & Leaderboard Placements

Bidding on Bidora purchases temporary promotional placement on the live leaderboard for a configured campaign duration (currently 7 days from payment verification).

  • Dynamic Positions: Rank positions are dynamic and determined exclusively by verified payment amounts. If another founder places a higher verified bid, your rank will adjust accordingly.
  • No Conversion Guarantee: Placing a bid provides marketplace exposure on the leaderboard. Bidora makes no guarantee of specific traffic, clicks, signups, customers, or revenue.
  • Campaign Expiration: When the 7-day duration expires, your product remains in the searchable directory as a standard free listing.

5. User Conduct & Ownership Claims

Users may not engage in metric manipulation, fake accounts, automated script abuse, or fraudulent ownership claims. Ownership verification requires valid company domain email, DNS TXT, or HTML meta tag proof.

6. Payments & Verification

All bidding transactions are processed securely through Razorpay. Rankings are activated solely upon cryptographically verified payment signatures.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of your product and trademarks. By listing on Bidora, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display your logo, title, and screenshots on the Platform.

8. External Links

Bidora links to external websites. We do not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content or availability of those websites.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of listings, or results from listing your product.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bidora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

11. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated to registered users.
